A viewing can support your healing.

What is a viewing?

A viewing is private time for family and close friends to spend with their loved one. This typically occurs with an open casket so you can see and if you would like, touch your loved one. This can also be done with a close casket. If you choose to have an open casket, we will make sure your loved one looks their best.

Why is a viewing important?

A viewing can be a healing experience where family and close friends can have time to share their inner thoughts and feelings, say your goodbyes and see your loved one at peace. Whether your loved one has passed suddenly or it was expected, grief research shows a viewing can help you through the healing process and passing of your loved one.

Discuss with your funeral consultant if you would like to have a viewing and we can arrange a suitable time and location to do this.
